Sunlight Through the Scars
A majestic, alpine tranquility washes over the pristine, untamed wilderness of the Balkans as day gives way to twilight. Nestled deep within a valley sculpted by tectonic forces and ancient glaciers, rolling pastures of wild, wind-swept grasses roll toward dense, emerald-green beech and pine forests cloaking the mountain ridges. Above, a turbulent ceiling of storm clouds fractures at the horizon, allowing the setting sun to flood the valley floor with a final, golden warmth while igniting the underbelly of the clouds in a brilliant, fiery orange display of atmospheric theater.
